Dispatch
Orders leave our Beverly Hills, Los Angeles facility within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2pm Pacific on Friday ship the following Monday.
Carriers
We ship by USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL depending on destination and the service selected at checkout. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is created.
Rates
Domestic shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout and free on orders over $150 within the US. International rates are calculated at checkout.
International orders
We ship worldwide. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees, and for confirming that research peptides may be lawfully imported into their country. Packages refused or seized by customs are not eligible for refund.
Packaging
Vials ship sealed in their retail box inside a padded mailer. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature in transit; store at −20 °C on arrival.
