1. Research use only
All products sold by Aeon Labs (“we”, “us”) are supplied strictly for laboratory research use by qualified researchers. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, for use as drugs, food, cosmetics or household chemicals, or for any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose. By placing an order you represent that you are at least 21 years of age, are purchasing on behalf of a laboratory or research activity, and will use the products only for lawful research in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. No claims
We make no representations regarding the safety, efficacy or suitability of any product for any purpose other than laboratory research. Certificates of analysis describe the tested lot only.
3. Orders and payment
All orders are subject to acceptance. Prices are in US dollars. We may cancel and refund any order that we reasonably believe is not for research use.
4. Shipping and risk
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. International buyers are responsible for import compliance and any duties or taxes.
5. Returns
As set out in our Returns policy. Opened or unsealed vials cannot be returned.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a sale is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your use, handling or storage of the products, or any use contrary to these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
