Because our products are research reagents, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed vials.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
We will replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, is missing, or does not match your order. Contact [support email] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and label.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the error was ours.
